Zur Einführung die Beschreibung von Organizations und Customers aus der MINT-Dokumentation.

The Organizations and Customers tree is used for storing the data about organizations and customers hierarchically.

•Organizations form the internal structure of your company - divisions, departments, and other units.

•Customers are external organizations that have business relationships with your company, such as contractors or out-of-staff trainers.

Organizations and customers are used for filtering resources associated with them. You can assign work rule configurations to an organization. The schedules of the associated resources will be organized using those work rule configurations. Also, organizations and customers may be used during query setup.
